This website, www.padlr.club, is operated by Padlr Club (Pty) Ltd ('Padlr Club', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By browsing or buying from this website you agree to the terms below, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here applies from the date it is posted.

1. Using this website

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. You may not use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not interfere with the security or operation of the site.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We aim to describe and picture every product as accurately as possible, but colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly. Limited-edition and collector items are sold in the quantities stated and may be one of a kind. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, and will contact you using the details on your order if we do.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our secure Shopify checkout and are confirmed only once payment has been received and we have issued an order confirmation. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer protection law.

5. Third-party brands and links

Where we sell genuine goods made by other brands, those brand names, logos and product details remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the items offered for sale. This website may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control and are not responsible for.

6. Intellectual property

The Padlr Club name, logo, original photography, graphics and copy belong to Padlr Club (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The website and our products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Padlr Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
